We at Time-Ware take a professional long term partnership approach. There are no hidden charges, and no additional fee for normal support and system upgrades.

There is a small installation fee to cover the expenses of travel and the time taken to configure, install and train. After that, your resort uses the Time-Ware Management system including our support services for just a tiny cost per week per apartment (on average, that's about 0.5% of the maintenance fee or rent collectable on that week). The installation includes data conversion where possible, local configuration and installation of the Time-Ware system and staff training. The process would typically take between one and two weeks.
